AI coaching for owner-run online businesses
Better decisions, faster.
AI shows you the numbers and the options. You make the call. Setting up takes time, so we do it properly once. Then you're coached every month on how to use AI to see your data, test ideas and decide well, safely, on your own systems.
You ask. We inspire. You drive.

AI is the smartest graduate you'll ever hire.
It has read every book so you don't have to, but it doesn't know your business and it never says "I don't know." Any time you think "I'd like to ask a specialist", ask your connected AI first, then ask it to brief your specialist. Let it do the legwork, keep your hand on the buttons, and set it up so a careless yes can't hurt you.
A graduate in everything
Treat your AI as an over-confident graduate in everything: it has all the knowledge, but applying it needs an experienced head. Yours.
It knows every technical field, but not your business or your situation. It's convincing and helpful, and left to its own devices it gets lost in the sparkles and does damage. It sounds just as sure when it's guessing as when it knows.
Ask it before you ask the specialist
If you ever think "I'd like to ask a specialist about...", ask your connected AI first. That goes for your marketer, accountant, web developer, bookkeeper or lawyer. Ask for lots of ideas, then pick. Ask "what would a good specialist ask me first?"
Then ask it to brief your specialist: what you want, what you've already tried, and what they'll need from you. Tax, legal and anything live still go to the real specialist, but they start from a clear brief and the meeting costs less.
Fast on drafts, slow on buttons
Green: let it rip
Ideas, drafts, research, summaries, reading your numbers.
Amber: check one thing
Any number, any fact about your business, anything a customer will read. Ask "where did that come from?"
Red: AI never presses the button
Money, prices, the live website, sending to customers, deleting, passwords.
Make carelessness safe
Don't rely on the owner being careful. Make carelessness safe. Most owners say yes to everything at first, so the set-up assumes it:
- Connections start read-only.
- Emails are saved as drafts. You press Send.
- No keys or passwords in a chat.
- Permission prompts stay on for the first month.
- A backup and an undo for every change.
- Spending caps set at the source.
- One job per chat.
One question before every yes: "What does this change, and can I undo it?"
Trust is earned one job at a time. The day it impresses you most is the day to check hardest.
When it gets it wrong
Real stories from an owner-run online store where all of this is used every day.
Google's AI told shoppers a timber product was made of steel, because the brand name sounded like a kind of metal sheeting.
The first AI lifestyle picture redrew the product with the wrong number of boards, a stray upright and a fake brand stamp. A customer comparing it with the one on their doorstep would have seen a different product. Now AI only draws the background, never the product.
New options added through the back end quietly landed in a local-delivery-only setting, and an interstate customer was told at checkout the store couldn't ship to them. Every new option is now checked with an interstate postcode.
A tracking tag read by the textbook said free Google Shopping listings brought in a third to a half of the store's web sales. Read properly, it was about 10%.
What we can help with
Owners usually start with the two or three that bother them most.
The ones owners ask for first
- Product descriptions and listings"My descriptions are thin, copied from the supplier, or all sound the same."
- Social media planning and posting"I know I should post. I never have time."
- Email marketing and abandoned carts"People fill the cart and leave."
- Google and Meta ads"I spend money and don't know what it brings back."
- Bookkeeping and cash flow"I'm always behind on the books, and I don't know my real profit per sale."
- SEO and AI search"We don't show up on Google for X."
- Reporting across all your channels"Shopify, Google and Facebook all say different things, and none match my bank."
- Product photos and video"Photoshoots cost a fortune and I need fresh ad pictures every month."
- Customer service and replies"I answer the same five questions every day."
High value, with a bit of explaining
- More visitors become buyers"Plenty of visitors, not enough buyers."
- Website audit and tracking"I don't trust my numbers. Is my tracking even working?"
- Keyword analysis and targeting"I don't know what people actually type."
- Content ideas and creation"I don't know what to write about."
- Brand voice, tone and proofreading"Everything AI writes sounds like AI."
- Google Business Profile and free listings"My Google profile is stale, and I don't know what free listings are."
Less obvious, often the biggest wins
- Your own apps, replacing paid ones"I pay for five apps that each do half the job."
- Admin and process automation"My evenings go on paperwork."
- Website features"I want a tool on my site that no app sells."
- One source of truth"The price in the ad doesn't match the website."
- Product development"What should we make next, and will it pay?"
How it works
This is coaching. You do the work with your own AI, on your own systems, and you own every account, key and tool we build. AI builds the tools. Your business runs them.
- 1. Set up properlySetting up takes time, so it's done once and done right: your systems connected safely, every data tool switched on, and your first real numbers.
- 2. Coached every monthBring a question or a goal from the list above. We show you how to get the most from it and leave you with something working.
- 3. You driveYou ask, we inspire, you drive. You own every tool and key, and once you're flying on your own, we step back.

It isn't tech support, emergency call-outs or crisis fixes, though we'll help where we can. We're coaches, not an on-call IT team. The goal is to get you going, then step back once you have your own momentum.
Start with a kick-offWho it's for
Owner-run online stores, or any business whose website is how it wins customers and talks to them. You're comfortable with technology and already run on cloud systems: an online store or website platform, cloud accounting, Google or Microsoft email.
We work with the owner, or someone with the owner's written say-so, because connecting a business to AI is the owner's call.
Who it isn't for
- Businesses that want it done for them.
- Businesses on paper or desktop-only systems.
- Anyone who wants AI making money decisions without a human yes.

- Consulting in Europe. Master's degree.
- Built a data-driven online travel agency that ran on Salesforce for ten years, both with consultants and as the administrator building it himself.
- Consulted in business process automation within the Salesforce world: efficiency, turnaround times and customer experience.
- Learned digital marketing by running his own online store.
- Now runs an online store on tools built AI-first: AI builds them, plain code runs them.
